Liat Fassberg, born 1985 in Jerusalem, Israel, is a dramaturge and playwright and realizes projects in collaboration with various artists in Israel and Germany. MA in Dramaturgy at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main with a final thesis on Towards a Heterogeneous Theater. BA in Theater and Humanities at Tel Aviv University. Fassberg is dramaturge of the Israeli artists’ collective “PathosMathos” and a committee member of the Hebrew committee “Eurodram”. Winner of the Gargonza Arts Award 2020 in the literature category. Fassberg received the Retzhofer Dramapreis in 2017 for the play “Etwas Kommt Mir Bekannt Vor”.
